Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Orders will not be shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Cost: INR 60
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days

• Shipping method: DELHIVERY (Express / National)
Shipping Cost: INR 100
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) or links.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual phase of delivery.

If you’ve entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery. 

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognised as a valid address by the shipping carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled or refunded.

Sleepy Threads Furnishings will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
