Return and Exchange

Cancellation & Refunds

Order can be cancelled only if the order is not shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order call/whatsapp on +91 9034466558 or mail us on contact@sleepythreads.in

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being
returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Return, Exchange & Refund

We offer 5 days Return, Exchange and Replacements from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be deducted for excessive returns.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return/exchange request for one or all products in your order.

To request an exchange, please click Schedule a Return / Exchange and we will schedule the pick up for your products. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges.

Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable

For any further inquiries or assistance, our dedicated customer service team is readily
available to help.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
● The product(s) are in the original packaging.

● The product(s) will only be accepted for replace/exchange if they are intimated
within 5 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains
or marks whatsoever.

● Any product(s) purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions
wherein free product(s) are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
● The product (s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

● product(s) is damaged due to misuse/overuse

● Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original
packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

● Serial Number is tampered with.

● Defective product(s) that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s
warranty.

● Product(s) is used or altered.

● If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery.

● Free product(s) provided by brand.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product(s) that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

▪ For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be
processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48
business hours of us receiving the item(s) back. It may take 7 business days for the
amount to reflect in your account.

▪ For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund
amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed
within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the item(s) back and your bank details on
email. It will take an additional 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your
account.

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

Incase you received a Damaged Product

We have a team running rigorous quality checks on all our products, before shipping the order to you. However, in case you receive a damaged product, please email us at contact@sleepythreads.in with your order number and pictures of the damage in the product within 24-48 hours from the time of delivery. If the order qualifies for a replacement or a refund, a pick up will be scheduled. Please return the product in its original packaging. The new product will be dispatched once the damaged product is received back at the warehouse.

Incase of a Tampered Package

On the time of delivery if you receive a shipment that is in a tampered state, we request you to not accept the parcel from the courier person and immediately inform us of the situation and we will help you further.
